Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PhishGuard EDU platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & Access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring authorized use within your organization.

2. Acceptable Use

• No misuse of simulations for real-world phishing outside authorized scope.
• No reverse engineering, unauthorized scanning, or disruptive load generation.
• No uploading of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Intellectual Property

The platform, training content, and compiled analytics remain the property of PhishGuard EDU. You retain rights to your organization data and custom content.

4. Data & Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You represent you have authority to provide user email addresses for simulation/training purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance or incidents may result in temporary access reductions.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Training simulations do not guarantee prevention of all security incidents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reasonably communicated.
